There is no certification required to be a Permanent Jewelry Professional, but when you're starting out it’s easy to feel lost. That is where we can help! Our founder and CEO, Marci, has written The Simple Guide to Getting Started in Permanent Jewelry, a beginners manual that will give you the extra bit of guidance and reference point so that you can start your business with confidence!
It is written in an easy to understand context so that you don’t get overwhelmed, while at the same time being thorough. We also invite you to join our private Facebook group, Canadian Permanent Jewelry Community, for added support from not only us, but an entire community. With your own practice and peer support, you should have a clear understanding on what to do, how to do it, and why you do it that way.
If you're looking for a more in-depth training with video instruction, resources, templates and action plans, our Mastering forEVER Permanent Jewelry training portal offers lifetime access, a private student-only community and regular updates might be a better option for you. We also offer Live In-Person or Virtual 1:1 training.

All efforts are made to ship orders within 24 hours of order confirmation. Please allow up to 72 hours for fulfillment during holiday season. Any unusually longer than normal fulfillment times due to supply issues or increased sales volume will be posted on our website announcements.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Bulk chain is non-refundable as it is custom cut according to your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping charges aren’t refunded; the customer is responsible for the return postage, and is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee, this covers the free shipping charges on machines, as well as administrative & labour fees that are incurred as a result of the refund.
Exceptions / Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, there are no refunds on digital downloads/assets once purchased.Any returns on packages that include digital downloads will be charged full price for the download and deducted from the total refund amount. This may be in addition to re-stocking and shipping fees.
