All efforts are made to ship orders within 24 hours of order confirmation. Please allow up to 72 hours for fulfillment during holiday season. Any unusually longer than normal fulfillment times due to supply issues or increased sales volume will be posted on our website announcements.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Bulk chain is non-refundable as it is custom cut according to your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping charges aren’t refunded; the customer is responsible for the return postage, and is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee, this covers the free shipping charges on machines, as well as administrative & labour fees that are incurred as a result of the refund.
Exceptions / Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, there are no refunds on digital downloads/assets once purchased.Any returns on packages that include digital downloads will be charged full price for the download and deducted from the total refund amount. This may be in addition to re-stocking and shipping fees.
